PLANTACIÓN EN INVERNADEROS

En el mes de agosto dimos inicio el proceso de plantación bajo invernaderos en nuestras instalaciones ubicadas en sector de Cañadilla, San Fernando.
Estas plantas son establecidas en fertil pot o macetas de 1 litro según requerimientos de nuestros clientes y serán entregadas durante la primavera del presente año.

VARIEDADES MAS VENDIDAS

Las variedades con mayor venta fueron Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay y Marsanne, mostrando la actual tendencia del establecimiento de variedades blancas en los viñedos chilenos.

Sauvignon blanc: Es una variedad con racimos de tamaño medio y bayas pequeñas, de una producción que varía de media a alta. Dependiendo de la zona  de  producción produce vinos blancos elegantes, finos, equilibrados.

Chardonnay: Es una variedad de racimos  y bayas pequeñas, con una producción  media alta. Tiene un potencial cualitativo extremadamente alto y se utiliza para producir vinos blancos secos, vinos espumosos e incluso vinos licorosos. Pudiendo  también  ser adecuado para la fermentación y el envejecimiento en barrica.

Marsanne: Los racimos de Marsanne son grandes pero las bayas son pequeñas, de alta producción. Produce vinos blancos espumosos o secos, bastante elegantes, moderadamente o poco ácidos, con aromas finos.
